Maybe a support message board for users to ask one another questions, or even a Reddit sub or something, would help. Four stars because it doesn't crash, it's fast, and it's not corrupting my files when it does copy them, but I'm really struggling to understand the variables in this program. I'm muddling through by running various operations over and over and making sure I double triple check every file, but I feel like this is a lot more time consuming than it would be if the support information were more than a few paragraphs on only one page. Is the "compare file content" on or off when the background of it is blue? Why won't some of my files replace other files even when the dates and file sizes are the same? Why are there two "identical" symbols - one has wiggly lines, the other doesn't? Why are my files sometimes show as identical when the dates are different and I don't have "ignore dates" turned on? I have a couple of major issues tho: Mostly that the directions seem unclear. It doesn't bog down and crash just opening the file directory which has happened to me on a couple of other programs.
